Proud Parents Say…
I have worked with Coach Billy since my freshman year. Coach Billy knows how to motivate, be supportive and is phenomenal at footwork. He has the knowledge to push a player’s development to a whole new level. He teaches you why you need to adjust your movements and gives you a better understanding of the game. Billy works countless hours with his players and somehow makes speed ladders, cone drills, to jump rope and running hills fun. Coach Billy encourages me at the right times, shows me the right way to conduct myself on and off the field, and how to be better player. He has the ability to instill self-confidence and is always encouraging. Billy knows what it takes to play at the next level and be successful.

Preston EynonOne of the best things we did for our son was send him to Billy Nealy to train and play 7-on-7 for P2H Academy. Freshman year, our son was a B-team player in high school. But, through his hard work and Billy’s training, he was able to successfully transition to a starter his sophomore year on JV. As he developed, Billy was instrumental in helping him change positions from offense to defense, culminating in 1st team Trinity League his senior year. John is now actively playing in the Pac-12, and throughout the years that we have known him, Billy has moved from his coach and trainer to a supporter and friend. We are thankful for everything Billy has done in helping push and help our son reach his goals.

John McCartan, Trinity League, Pac-12Coach Billy is one of the best coaches out there, Period! As a player, preparing for the next level, I needed someone who could look at me and know exactly what to do to make me the best and maximize my potential. Coach Billy didn’t hesitate. He provided another set of eyes with the ability to see the blind spots. I was able to see things I didn’t even know were there. He is a coach who not only loves the game, but also has passion and drive to make each and every player the best they can be. He also knows what he is talking about. I came to him for a few weeks which accounted for 6 or 7 sessions. Even with such little time spent, I changed as a player drastically. My footwork became faster and more efficient as well as my ability to move more fluidly in and out of breaks. I could only imagine if I had months to train with Coach the player I could be! I’m grateful to receive the time I had and I consider it a true blessing. However, If you’re not going to give it your all, sacrifice, and go through the pain and the grind, then Coach Billy is not your man. Otherwise, what are you waiting for?

Devon Cajuste, Stanford & Greenbay PackersThe Best thing we did for our son to enhance his high school football career, was send him to Billy Nealy! I truly believe he developed into the receiver he is today because of the one-on-one training that Billy gave him! Thanks Billy! The Best It Yet To Come!

Billy Nealy’s Bio
Coach Billy Nealy began his coaching career as the Girls Varsity Track Coach at Alta Loma, which led them to a league championship. He would go on to start his football coaching career for Los Angeles Baldwin Hills Pop Warner League, then on to Ontario High school. From there, Nealy continued his coaching career with the Wide Receivers at Capo Valley High, then on to Tesoro High School for the 2012 through 2014 seasons and subsequently joined OCC football staff as a wide receiver coach. His passion for developing young talent has most recently led him back to work with high school students as the Freshman Head Coach at Rancho Santa Margarita Catholic High School in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. Nealy’s passion for coaching led him to start “2 The House Training” nearly 15 years ago and still has the same drive to make young athletes perform at their very best. Three years ago, Coach Nealy teamed up with Billy Joe Hobert to form P2H Academy Training (which stands for Prodigy 2 the House) and its creed is, “Scholar, Leader, Athlete & Gentlemen” which they hold young men to on and off the field. Nealy played football and ran track at Alta Loma and Chaffey High school, where he was All-League and All-West Valley, in both sports for three years. After high school, Nealy went to Pasadena City College before transferring to Cal State Northridge. Nealy spent three years at Cal State Northridge to play football and further his education where he studied Kinesiology, was part of 1991 Western Conference League Championship Team. After college, Coach Nealy had the privilege to be invited to free agent camp for the Seattle Seahawks. After career ending injury Coach Nealy took his talents to the field in a new way.2 The House Training
